Lumus Imaging has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Project Administrator to join our team working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer!
This role’s primary purpose is to provide exceptional project administrative and organisational support to the Chief Commercial Officer and their broader team to drive business expansion through Greenfield initiatives, optimising existing Lumus Imaging sites, and supporting merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.
This role is instrumental in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to drive operational excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting the overall growth strategy for the organisation.
The role also supports key commercial relationships and strategic partners who the Chief Commercial Officer liaises with on a daily and regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support - work closely with CCO and senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of all administration functions
- Stakeholder Management - Accountability for planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects & initiatives to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
- Commercial Project Support - Work closely with the CCO and their senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Some initiatives and projects will include: Greenfield expansion, brownfield expansions, mergers and acquisitions, existing site optimisation and new business opportunities.
- Risk and Issue Management - Support the CCO Leadership team to manage the identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with projects, initiatives and business operations, escalating these matters where appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Senior Administrative support experience is essential
Proven experience with prioritising, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
- Cert IV in Business Admin (or equivalent work experience) is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision along with excellent senior stakeholder management skills
