As a Graduate Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the field-based Relationship Managers to bridge the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility is to drive growth by promoting Lumus Imaging’s services to doctors and allied health professionals.

 

In this role, you will help enhance brand awareness and expand Lumus Imaging’s presence across Queensland. This will be achieved through targeted market engagement, strategic marketing, and sales initiatives, and supporting the Relationship Management team.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent service to capture new and retain existing referrers in line with the territory growth plan and brand strategy
  • Promote sales and growth - increase revenue in assigned area, identify new client opportunities, develop relationships between existing referrers and internal stakeholders, support new campaigns to enhance Lumus's presence in the market, conduct competitor and market analysis. 
  • Manage financials and management reports - achieve growth budget for year, record daily activities for management, utilise Power BI and report management for data analysis. 
  • Uphold professional image - all verbal and written communication must be clear concise and professional, present well always, maintain a well-kept vehicle. 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in health, science, business, or marketing
  • Previous work experience is essential - customer service experience is preferred although not required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Advanced computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Own car with current driver’s license.
