About You:
We're looking for someone with:

• Strong communication and organizational skills—you can juggle tasks while keeping patients informed and supported.
• Experience in administration and success in a healthcare role is desirable —you know your way around patient records and appointment bookings.
• Technical Proficiency & Communication - You're confident navigating IT systems, quickly adapting to new software, troubleshooting when needed, and maintaining a professional, friendly phone manner.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
• Flexibility & Support - You're willing to travel to our sister site as needed to provide support and assist the team during staff leave.

Your Role at a Glance:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Book medical exams and appointments, providing clear and helpful information.
• Manage patient records with care and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with Medicare billing and banking, supported by your team.
