We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumus Imaging Campbelltown.

In this patient-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—creating a welcoming environment and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

This is a permanent Part-Time opportunity offering 30 hours per week, on site parking and easy access to public transport.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings with professionalism and care

• Handling patient enquiries and providing clear, empathetic information

• Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry

• Processing Medicare billing, payments, and end-of-day banking

• Assisting clinical staff to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

What We’re Looking For

• Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting basic IT issues

• Organised & adaptable: Able to balance competing tasks with a calm, efficient approach

• Positive & proactive: Brings energy and problem-solving skills to the team

• Team-focused: Works collaboratively and lends a hand where needed

• Healthcare experience a plus: Previous medical reception or administration experience is highly regarded
