About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare practice in Campbelltown on a full-time basis.
This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments and managing bookings

Patient registration and data entry
-
Billing, receipting, and Medicare/EFTPOS processing

Managing enquiries from clinicians, patients, and external providers

General administrative and clerical support
About You

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role is desirable, but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using computer systems and booking software

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

A genuine, patient-centred approach
