About the Role
Lumus Imaging is currently seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team in Campbelltown on a full-time basis.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work closely with radiographers, sonographers and the wider clinic team to ensure patients receive efficient and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and providing a professional first point of contact

Managing patient bookings and appointment scheduling

Registering patients and updating records within our systems

Answering phone enquiries and assisting referrers and patients

Managing Medicare and billing processes

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

Ensuring the reception area and workflow runs efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare administration role (highly regarded)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

A positive and professional attitude

Strong attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
