About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role includes some morning shifts starting from 7am with an early finish, as well as standard shifts 8am-4pm or 9am-6pm

Experience in healthcare administration is highly desirable, along with strong reliability and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar administration or customer service role.
• Strong reliability and full-time availability.
• Confidence picking up new software and systems quickly.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, professional manner with patients.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is highly regarded.

What your day will look like:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Book medical exams and appointments for patients, providing further information when required.
• Work across multiple sites within the area as required.
• Manage patient records and update relevant information as needed.
• Manage Medicare billing and banking with the assistance of the team.
