At Lumus Imaging, we’re looking for a proactive and confident Customer Experience Insights Manager to join our Marketing & CX team. This is not your average CX role, it's an opportunity to truly make it your own. 

About the Role 

This is a unique position where you’ll own the insights, shape the strategy, and lead the change. 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, you’ll take charge of the Medallia CX platform and use your initiative and innovation to identify where we can improve and how we will make it happen. 

You’ll not only gather and interpret customer feedback but also translate those insights into practical training and improvement strategies. Whether it’s presenting findings to senior leaders, coaching frontline staff, or running online sessions, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into action. 

This role can be based out of our Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne offices.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and manage the customer feedback program using Medallia or similar platforms 

  • Analyse data to identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities 

  • Design and deliver targeted training sessions in person, online, or via leadership teams 

  • Drive customer experience initiatives and champion the customer voice across the business 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to embed CX insights into everyday operations 

  • Oversee program costs, reporting, and external partner relationships  

 

About You 

  • A proactive self-starter who thrives working independently and taking ownership 

  • Skilled at turning data into meaningful insights that drive action 

  • Solutions-focused, with a strong ability to identify and solve problems 

  • Confident delivering training and presenting to a range of audiences 

  • Experienced with CX tools and technologies (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment) is highly regarded 

  • An effective communicator with a background in CX, research, or business improvement
