Lumus Imaging is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Head Office team in Chatswood.
This is a hybrid role, working three days per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday), supporting our imaging centres, referring doctors and patients.

This opportunity is well suited to someone with a strong customer service background with call centre experience will be highly regarded. Professionalism, courtesy and patience are essential, as you will be liaising daily with doctors, practice staff and patients.

About the Role

  • Manage incoming calls across the Lumus Imaging network

  • Assist referring doctors and practice staff with enquiries

  • Support patients with bookings and portal registrations

  • Create and manage referrer accounts for online image and report access

  • Monitor and respond to the referrer support inbox

  • Process legal image and report requests

  • Assist with workers compensation approval enquiries

You will be the first point of contact for many stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Previous customer service experience (call centre highly regarded)

  • Clear and confident verbal communication

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive enquiries

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
