Lumus imaging is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team based in Chatswood. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to deliver engaging campaigns, manage digital platforms, and support high-level stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative and Stakeholder support
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and clear communication to all relevant parties
  • Support workflow management, administrative support, update project plans, and ensure effective communication between departments to keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.
  • Prepare creative briefs and collate feedback for designers, photographers, and external agencies to ensure deliverables align with brand and campaign goals
• Digital marketing

• Social media management, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content across all platforms.
• Maintain and update Webflow website content, ensuring it’s current, engaging, and optimised for user experience.

• Email marketing ( EDM)
  • EDM: Design and distribute email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

About You

• Highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent and proactive, comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.
• Accountable and reliable, with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Demonstrates strong common sense, follows structured processes, and ensures all work is checked for accuracy.
• Skilled at stakeholder management, particularly when working with internal teams such as sales and business development.
• A strong communicator who is open, honest, and eager to learn and contribute.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Graphic design skills are highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time management.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic workflow with changing priorities and the ability to problem solve
