People & Culture Coordinator – 12 Month Contract
The Opportunity
As a P&C Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for day-to-day HR operations, providing critical support across the employee lifecycle and contributing to a range of engagement and process improvement initiatives.
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our team during a period of positive change. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, offering a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation that puts people at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and payroll.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
- Support recruitment processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain data accuracy in our HRIS and prepare HR-related documents.
- Manage internal HR reporting and compliance documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR content, policies, and benefit information.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR operations or a similar support role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with confidence.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
