About the role:

As Ring Central Administrator, you will:

• Configure and maintain RingCentral across IVRs, extensions, call routing, and auto attendants
• Manage user accounts, licensing, and delegated permissions
• Monitor, triage, and escalate incidents while owning resolution through to closure
• Maintain compliance and security best practices in VOIP and telephony
• Support interstate site deployments and provide 24/7 support via an on-call roster
• Train Level 1 teams and document platform procedures
• Assist with number porting, provisioning, and app configurations
• Integrate Snap Recordings and manage hybrid/remote voice environments

About you:

• Degree in IT, Networking, or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Strong VoIP experience – SIP, call quality troubleshooting, jitter/latency management
• Expertise in IVR setup, virtual receptionists, hunt groups
• Proven background in network operations and issue resolution
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to train non-technical users and support hybrid environments
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
