About the Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across Lumus Imaging. You’ll provide timely and effective 1st and 2nd level support for desktops, mobile devices, applications, and business-specific systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our staff and stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role that involves problem-solving, knowledge-sharing, and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email, and automated ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Log and document service desk interactions and resolutions using our ITSM system.
  • Create AD accounts and mailboxes.
  • Prioritise and escalate incidents as required, coordinating with resolver teams.
  • Maintain excellent communication with users and IT colleagues.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting processes and contributing to team knowledge.
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 roster (Mon–Fri, with weekend on-call).

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced support environment. You’ll also bring:

  • An IT degree (or similar qualifications).
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar service desk or IT support role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.
  • A passion for continuous learning and upskilling.
