As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Tender & Contract Administration Manager to join our national team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities and managing national contract administration processes.


As the Tender & Contract Administration Manager, you will:

  • Lead the full tender process from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-tender activities.
  • Prepare and submit compelling and timely tenders, incorporating input from key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on tendering activity, providing insights to improve future outcomes.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, governance reporting, and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement national contracting initiatives, including business cases, workflows, SOPs, and training programs.

 

About you:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.

Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management.
    • Project management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field (Desirable but not essential).
