About the Role
As a UiPath RPA Administrator you will take ownership of the day-to-day quality and stability of our UiPath RPA platform. Working closely with our IT and project teams you will ensure our automations run reliably, drive improvement and support the growth of automation capability across the business.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract based at our Chatswood office, offering flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily operation of the UiPath platform, including Orchestrator, robots, environments, queues, assets, and schedules
- Proactively monitor for failures, exceptions, and performance issues, taking swift corrective action and conducting thorough root-cause analysis to resolve automation incidents
- Act as the primary support point for BAU automation issues, coordinating with infrastructure, security, and vendors as required
- Maintain and continuously improve existing automations through refactoring, exception handling, and performance optimisation, while managing credentials, assets, and access controls in line with organisational policies
- Design and build small to medium UiPath automations and utilities to support business needs
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, standards, templates, and runbooks, and deliver training and knowledge-sharing workshops on UiPath development and operational support
- Actively contribute to improving the organisation's automation capability and maturity, staying current with UiPath platform updates and best practices
About You
- Proven experience in an RPA Administrator role, ideally within a UiPath environment
- Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, robot management, and workflow development
- Ability to design and build automations to meet business requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor others and deliver training
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
