Our team in our St. Vincents, Northside hospital clinic are on the lookout for a permanent, Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our Imaging team. Our clinic provides essential imaging services for the local community. 

 

As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments both in person and over the phone. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the booking of appointments through various systems, records management and working with referring medical practitioners.

 

This is a full time permanent position (38 hours a week) where the successful candidate will be roster across our clinic hours which are Mon - Fri 6am - 10pm and Sat/Sun 7am - 3:30pm.
