Our team in Dubbo are on the lookout for a Full Time or Part Time Medical Receptionist to join them in welcoming and providing the best service and care to our patients in our newly refurbished centre in Dubbo. The Lumus Imaging Dubbo clinic is an outpatient clinic with MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Echosonography, X Ray, Ultrasound, CT, and Bone Density services offered to a wide range of patients.

This position is offered on a permanent, Full Time or Part Time basis. Working hours will be in shifts Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work for those interested (penalty rates apply).

A background in medical administration is advantageous but not essential and applicants with a strong customer service or administration background in other fields are also encouraged to apply.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
