About the Role

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our patients. This is a busy, people-focused position, you will be employed on a casual basis and working covering shifts at Fairfield, Bankstown & Wetherill Park.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing appointment bookings and responding to patient enquiries with professionalism and care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Handling Medicare billing, payments, and daily banking

• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Experienced in administration or healthcare – prior experience in medical reception or scheduling is highly regarded
