• Your Role at a Glance: As a Call Center Representative, you will:

·  Serve as the first point of contact for patients over the phone, delivering professional and compassionate service.

·  Schedule medical exams and appointments accurately and efficiently.

·  Provide clear and helpful information to patients and referrers.

·  Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.

·  Support Medicare billing and general administrative tasks as required.

·  Occasionally assist at the front desk, including greeting patients and covering breaks as needed.

·  Handle general clerical duties and incoming enquiries with efficiency.

·  Communicate professionally with internal teams, referring doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

About You: We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work across various shifts, including after-hours and weekends.
