About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionists to join our Lumus Imaging team, with both full-time and casual opportunities available. These roles will cover our Campbelltown and Gregory Hills sites, supporting patients and clinical teams across a busy and rewarding healthcare environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings and enquiries with professionalism and care.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry.

• Processing Medicare billing, payments, and end-of-day banking.

• Supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth daily workflow and excellent patient care.

• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Covering shift work between 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday (with voluntary Saturdays available).
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Tech-savvy and confident using digital systems.

• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.

• A positive, proactive approach with a focus on patient experience.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

• Previous healthcare or medical reception experience is highly regarded.
