An exciting opportunity has arisen in Lumus Imaging for an Operations Manager based in Kawana. If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for healthcare service excellence, this could be the role for you!
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of imaging practices within your region, ensuring high-quality service for patients and referring doctors, while achieving commercial success. You’ll manage practice strategies, capital investments, and contribute to regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent service to patients and referring doctors.
- Develop and implement plans to grow and improve individual practices.
- Lead engaged, efficient, and capable teams.
- Manage profitability by optimizing costs and aligning them with revenue.
- Lead regional strategy, identifying new opportunities outside the existing network.
- Prepare capital investment appraisals to ensure strong ROI.
- Meet Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) objectives.
- Recruitment and retention of staff across your region
Essential Criteria:
- University qualification in Medical Imaging Technology and/or Business.
- 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple practices and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in HR planning, rostering, and service improvements.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
- Valid driver’s license.
