Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager/ Clerical in Charge to lead our front-of-house and administrative team at our Keperra clinic.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a patient-focused healthcare environment and enjoys supporting, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Imaging Manager and broader site leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee all administrative and clerical operations of the clinic and provide strong leadership to the reception team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, training, mentoring, and developing Medical Reception staff
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace culture
• Managing all administrative functions across the practice
• Ensuring consistently high-quality customer service and patient care
• Overseeing patient records and general clerical duties
• Managing Medicare billing and daily banking processes
• Collaborating closely with the Imaging Manager, Radiologists, and site leadership to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
