An exciting opportunity has arisen in Lumus Imaging in our Keperra Diagnostic Imaging clinic for a Full Time Radiographer in charge! 

This role is for an experienced Radiographer looking for their next step or a current Radiographer in Charge looking for a change with experience across CT, X-ray, Dental and Bone Density modalities. 

Our Keperra Diagnostic Imaging clinic hours are Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm, no weekend or on call work.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff under your supervision.

It is expected that a Radiographer In Charge at this level will continue in their technical role in conjunction with their administrative role, so requires a thorough understanding of all modalities within the site.

Your duties will include:

• Company KPIs specific to the role and for contributing to the site / regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
• The operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State/National level.
• This role is responsible for people management at their sites.
• Escalating staffing requirements with the relevant supporting information to the Operations Manager
• Recruiting and selecting staff in accordance with the relevant company procedures Identifying, arranging, or conducting training requirements for the site and individuals
• Monitoring and managing staff performance on a formal and informal basis (including probation and performance reviews)
