Lumus Imaging is seeking expressions of interest from a FRANZCR qualified Radiologist to join our Imaging team in the high-end imaging facility - Lumus Imaging Clinic St George Hospital. This is a busy private hospital, with a strong and collegiate medical culture within the referral base and hospital team. Recently in the news due to the installation of a Siemens Alpha – Photon Counting CT, the first and only of its kind on the Australia’s East Coast.
The hospital, situated in southeastern suburbs of Sydney is in a extensive period of expansion, driving growth in its currently high volume referral base, an opportunity for an astute Radiologist to take advantage of. This will be the perfect site for an experienced Radiologist hungry for a thriving clinical career and keen to build a niche base in high end radiology.
At Lumus we are committed to providing top tier diagnostic imaging services, alongside the training and development of our Radiologists for this environment. Our Lumus Imaging Clinical Council will provide clinical and professional direction in radiology and nuclear medicine and assist with the clinical review of safety and quality governance initiatives, along with providing input into strategic clinical planning and development.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
As part of Lumus, you will have access to state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment and be supported by a team of highly trained technical staff with access to colleagues through a nationwide RIS/PACS allowing mentoring and collaboration in subspecialist interests.
The ideal FRANZCR qualified candidates will possess experience and expertise across any of the following modalities:
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- X-Ray
- Mammography
- General Radiology
- Interventional Skills
