About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the clinic, ensuring high‑quality patient care, efficient service delivery, and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day management of clinic operations and performance
- Leadership, coaching, and development of administrative and clinical support staff
- Rostering, workflow management, and service optimisation
- Financial oversight including budgets, KPIs, and reporting
- Building strong relationships with referrers, stakeholders, and the local community
About You
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior operational leadership role
- Healthcare experience highly regarded (radiology or allied health advantageous but not essential)
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Commercially minded with experience managing performance and change
- Patient‑focused, organised, and solutions‑driven
