Lumus Imaging Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis. This role supports our extended operating hours, with shifts between 6am and 10pm, offering flexibility and variety.

• Experienced in admin or healthcare – Previous experience in medical reception or scheduling is highly regarded.

• A team player – Willing to support other sites or step in to cover shifts when needed.

Your Role at a Glance

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries with efficiency and care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Assist with Medicare billing, payments, and daily banking

• Thrive in a busy environment, balancing competing priorities with professionalism
