About the Role
Lumus Imaging Liverpool is looking for a warm, professional, and dedicated individual to be the welcoming face of our practice.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts across our extended trading hours of 7am–9pm, with standard 8-hour shifts to suit a range of lifestyles.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting patients with care and professionalism
- Managing bookings, referrals, and patient inquiries
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Handling billing, Medicare, and administrative duties
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
About You
- Experience in medical reception or customer service
- A genuine passion for patient care and community service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster across a 7am–9pm trading window
- A calm, organised, and team-oriented approach
