Head Medical Receptionist – Lumus Imaging Meadowbrook

 

Lumus Imaging is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Medical Receptionist to lead a passionate team at our brand-new Meadowbrook site, located opposite Logan Hospital.

This full-time role offers the chance to manage a busy comprehensive community medical imaging centre, support a team of receptionists, and work closely with the Imaging Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the administration team.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee daily reception operations and clerical duties.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and patient care.
  • Manage patient records, Medicare billing, and banking.
  • Collaborate with the site leadership team to support patients, staff, and Radiologists.
