Lumus Imaging is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Medical Receptionist to lead the team across two of our sites: Victoria Point and Beenleigh.
This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to support a team of dedicated Medical Receptionists, work closely with the Imaging manager and contribute to the smooth operation of these practices – all while delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities
As Head Medical Receptionist you will oversea all aspects of administration including:
- Staff Training, Mentoring and Development
- Fostering a positive and inclusive culture
- Managing all administration across both practices.
- Delivering High quality customer service and care
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking
- Collaborating with the site leadership team to support staff, patients, and the Radiologist.
