Join our dynamic team at Lumus Imaging's call center in St Kilda! We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for full-time positions. Answering  about 60-70 calls a day aswell as admin /emails, working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both patients and referring doctors.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Efficiently managing and dispatching patient reports 

  • Assisting and promptly addressing patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support 

  • Coordinating report variations, validations, and necessary reviews 

  • Documenting compliments, complaints, and feedback as needed 

  • Undertaking general administrative tasks to support our operations and marketing departments 

  • Patient support with our online patient portal platform 

Key Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with a strong grasp of Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite 

  • Outstanding phone etiquette and responsiveness 

  • Exceptional organizational abilities 

  • Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality 

  • Capability to problem-solve with minimal supervision 

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team 

  • Willingness to follow instructions and take direction
