Lumus Imaging is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Document Management Officer to support the ongoing development, control, and maintenance of key operational and clinical documentation across our national network. In this role, you’ll ensure the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of our policies and procedures, enabling our teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Quality Manager, this role plays a vital part in upholding documentation standards and supporting operational excellence across Lumus Imaging. You'll be responsible for version control, document formatting, system updates, and supporting staff with best practices in document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage policy and procedure documentation using tools such as Q-Pulse
- Maintain version control and ensure documents are accessible and compliant
- Format and upload documents in line with internal documentation standards
- Collaborate with the Quality Team and other internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance to staff on document management best practices
- Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to the National Quality Manager
About You
- Experience in document management, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Background in the medical field is highly desirable but not essential
