Lumus Imaging is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for delivering revenue growth to Lumus Imaging by delivering the State and National strategic business plans. You will manage, guide, and support a team of Medical Liaison Officers as they nurture relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Medical Imaging industry. You will have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry landscape with a proven ability to deliver effective marketing strategies. You will have demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management, Business Relationship Management: Build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs and lead strategic initiatives to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
- People Management - Support the MLO team through management, training, and performance reviews, while driving team engagement and fostering growth.
- Sales/Growth - Increase revenue from existing and new customers
- Market Analysis and Strategic Development - identify trends, expand and break into new markets, analyse data to inform business decisions and initiatives.
- Manage financials and IT - utilise Power BI and report manager to present insights to stakeholders. Understand billing structures and ensure compliance is met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - ideal
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the healthcare industry - essential
- Current Drivers License is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexible working hours to attend clinical education events outside business hours
