Technical Services Analyst
We’re now seeking a Technical Services Analyst to join our dynamic IT Technical Services Team, a group that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and service excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Services State Lead, this role provides Level 2 technical support across our network, ensuring that our clinical and corporate teams can deliver exceptional patient care with reliable, high-performing systems.
As a Technical Services Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
You’ll provide technical expertise across server, network, and application environments to ensure reliable service delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
Your work will directly support the reliability of our systems, ensuring rapid resolution of issues, reducing downtime.
This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday during business hours, with participation in an on-call roster to support 24/7 operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve incidents via the ITSM tool.
- Maintain and support IT hardware and devices, including PCs, printers, and network equipment.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and technical support.
- Manage equipment inventory, replacements, and procurement processes.
- Document technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive user experience.
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster to provide after-hours and weekend support.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant IT degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a technical support role, healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- A proactive, calm approach and flexibility to adapt to changing environments and business priorities
