About the Role
Lumus Imaging Moree is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive medical imaging environment, delivering high-quality patient care in a regional setting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A valid Advanced Life Support (ALS) certificate (mandatory)
- Experience in a medical imaging, procedural, or acute care setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and support across imaging procedures
- Conduct pre and post-procedure patient assessments
- Administer medications and contrast agents in accordance with protocols
- Monitor and respond to patient conditions during procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Adhere to infection control and WHS policies and procedures
