We are seeking a warm, professional, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our busy medical imaging clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
What you will do

Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression

Manage appointments, patient registrations, and enquiries

Support our clinical team with administrative tasks

Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth clinic operations

Deliver friendly, efficient, and compassionate service every day
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Confidence using computer systems and learning new software

Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment

Previous medical or reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential
