Our Medical Imaging team based in North Lakes are on the lookout for a Part Time (4 days a week) Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.

Our clinic is open from 8:15am - 5pm Monday to Friday and this role will be rostered across occasional half days on Saturdays 8:15am to 1pm.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including: 

• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
