Our Medical Imaging team based in Rockingham are on the lookout for a Full Time (Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm) Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including: 

• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking

We are looking for someone who:

• Ideally has previous Radiology Medical Reception experience (desirable, not essential)
• Previous administration and/or medical experience 
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience working well under pressure
• Is willing to travel between nearby sites if operationally required
