Our Lumus Imaging team at Southport are looking for a Radiographer to join them on a permanent full time basis. This position will require the successful applicant to work across all sites in the Gold Coast cluster (Varsity Lakes, Robina, Southport and Tweed Heads South).

We have a variety of modalities at these sites including CT, X-Ray, OPG, BMD, Mammography and MRI. This candidate would have to be able to work independently (with cannulation experience preferred) as well as part of a team environment.

We would prefer someone with CT experience with the possible potential for future MRI Training across either one of our partially licensed scanners.

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis (38 hours per week), with our clinic hours being from Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.  

With the chance to upskill across new modalities we would support relocation to the region for successful candidates.

To be successful:

  • Ability to participate in X-ray, CT, OPG & BMD (upskilling provided if desired)
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding patient care and customer service delivery standards
  • University or equivalent qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology
  • Current AHPRA Registration and QLD radiation license
  • Understanding of relevant WHS practices.
  • Vaccinations including flu shot
  • Driver’s license
