We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Call Centre Operator at Lumus Imaging head office located in Chatswood NSW.
As a customer service representative, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service support to our imaging centres across NSW as well as our patients and referrers.
You will be a phone call administrative superstar responsible for capturing incoming calls across the Lumus Imaging network in assisting our frontline teams with doctor’s enquiries.

What your day will look like:
- You will be answering incoming calls from our central call centre assisting referring doctors and patients.
- You will be creating accounts for our requesting doctors for InteleConnect online image and report access.
- You will be managing the referrer support inbox.
- You will be assisting patients to register to the Lumus Imaging Patient Portal.
- You will also be processing legal requests by using Inteleviewer to burn images and reports.
- You will also be a point of call for workers compensation approvals
