What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering high-quality service with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and providing compassionate and efficient support to patients.

• Offering clear information regarding procedures, locations, and requirements.

• Maintaining patient records and managing general administration tasks.

• Supporting Medicare billing processes and internal systems.

• Liaising with internal teams, referring doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

• Experience in customer service or administration, preferably in healthcare.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
