We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support an IT system implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring the smooth integration of the new system into existing workflows. This role demands strong analytical and technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams
• Support system design, testing, and user acceptance to meet business needs
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder presentations
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Leverage data analysis tools to support decision-making and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT system implementations
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques
• Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and Power Query)
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Background in software/system testing, UAT, and system integration
• Knowledge of change management and training development (a plus)
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) preferred
• Experience in the medical imaging or healthcare sector is an advantage
