About us
The Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for an IT system implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring seamless integration of the new IT system into existing workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for the IT system implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Assist in designing and testing the system to ensure it meets business requirements.
- Assist in facilitating stakeholder workshops, meetings, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the implementation process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT system implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration.
- Knowledge of change management principles and training development is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the medical imaging industry preferred but not required.
