We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Radiologist Workflow Coordinator (RWC) to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our radiologist reporting services. 

 

About the Role 

As the Radiologist Workflow Coordinator, you will provide dedicated workflow and administrative support to radiologists. You’ll act as the primary liaison between radiologists, site teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring minimal workflow disruptions and maximum productivity.  

This is a fully remote role, which means the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively is essential. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a radiology background or administrative experience in healthcare who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily reporting workflows using the InteleOrchestrator (IO) smart worklist platform 

  • Triage internal and external queries to minimise interruptions to radiologists 

  • Monitor and allocate reporting cases to optimise radiologist performance 

  • Support report delivery by managing backlogs and coordinating with site and operational managers 

  • Build strong relationships with radiologists, site staff, referrers, and hospital teams 

  • Provide data analysis and insights on workflow efficiency and KPIs 

 

About You 

  • Certificate or Diploma in Health Administration, Medical Reception, or equivalent experience 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a radiology or healthcare administrative environment 

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficient in RIS, PACS, and Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Technologically savvy with an eye for detail and efficiency 

  • Experience with IO (InteleOrchestrator) or similar worklist tools is highly desirable
