Our Tweed Heads South clinic is currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This clinic plays a vital role in supporting the health of the local community by delivering essential imaging services with care and precision.

This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone looking to start their career in healthcare—no previous experience is required.

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming and reassuring environment. You’ll support patients both in person and over the phone, manage appointment bookings using our systems, maintain accurate records, and liaise with referring medical practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.

This is a Full Time Permanent position working upto 38 hours per week.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
