An exciting opportunity has come up in Lumus Imaging for an experienced clerical looking for a new challenge or an opportunity to branch into IT in a fully remote role!
In the role as the NSW Hospital RIS/PACs workflow coordinator , you will be responsible for providing coordination and support for radiologists and the clinic operations team to maximise efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Workflow Management - manage KPIS of hospital contracts, coordinate daily workflow of radiologists, communicate any interruption, delay or change of service to hospitals as required.
 - Service Excellence and Work Relationships - Provide excellent quality service to internal and external customer queries, build positive workplace relationships, answer calls and trouble shoot with hospitals and refers.
 - Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyse data relating to workflow efficiency, Radiologist metrics and performance to key contract KPIs. Provide data internally and externally around IT outages, ensure accurate invoicing is achieved through variance, TAT dispute and case billing analysis.
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Radiology IT platforms (RIS/PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite
 - Clerical/administration staff with at least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with Radiologists, management & site-based teams.
