About the role:
We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to lead and support our CT team at a busy hospital site at Knox Private Hospital – Lumus Imaging.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years’ CT experience, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a high-pressure environment while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in CT imaging
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a busy hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and quality assurance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support, mentor, and coordinate staff across shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day CT operations and workflow
- Provide clinical leadership and support to CT staff
- Ensure adherence to protocols, safety standards, and best practice
- Liaise with radiologists, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
- Assist with staff training, performance support, and rostering as required
