Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Mentor, and Develop: Train, mentor, and support our clerical team to reach their full potential. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure the team operates efficiently and confidently.
- Drive Team Success: Manage a fast-paced administrative environment, fostering collaboration, productivity, and a positive team culture.
- Empower Administrative Excellence: Lead by example, enabling your team to deliver high-quality service that exceeds patient expectations.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee day-to-day practice management, optimize workflows, and maintain efficient reception services to enhance the patient experience.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture professional relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

About the Role:
- Based at Knox Private Hospital in a full-time capacity.
- Oversee a clerical team of up to 15 staff members, ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional services for patients, referrers, and the community.
- Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with other Site Supervisors to achieve operational, cost, and productivity goals.
- Knox Private Hospital provides a wide range of services including General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, Mobile and Theatre services, Angiography, Cath Lab, and Interventional procedures.
