About the role:
Are you a motivated professional with a passion for healthcare administration? Lumus Imaging is seeking a talented and dedicated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering exceptional service to our valued patients.
Based in Knox Private Hospital in a full-time capacity, you will provide professional and operational leadership to a team of up to 15 clerical staff members, ensuring efficient and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving cost and productivity targets.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with other Site Supervisors, you will be responsible for managing the daily clerical staff workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and develop our clerical team
- Provide ongoing feedback, monitoring, and coaching to ensure that our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Lead and manage the clerical team, fostering a culture of productivity and collaboration.
- Empower our administrative team to provide high-quality service to our patients
- Day-to-day practice management, ensuring efficient workflows and driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers will be a key aspect of your role
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Healthcare Administration and policies
- Leadership and Coaching Abilities: With a willingness to manage, coach, and lead both clerical and clinical staff, you will inspire and motivate our team to achieve their full potential.
- Patient-Centric Mindset: Your commitment to patient care and customer service excellence will be essential in driving Lumus Imaging's high standards. Your interpersonal skills will enable effective communication with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
