Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated CT Manager to lead our CT service at Knox Private Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a growing, high‑profile hospital site that has recently expanded to three state‑of‑the‑art CT scanners on site, reflecting our continued investment in technology, quality, and patient care.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong CT background who has the aspiration to lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team while delivering exceptional clinical and operational outcomes.

About the Role

As CT Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of the CT service, working closely with the Operations Manager, Radiologists, and broader site leadership team. You will play a key role in shaping service delivery, driving quality and safety, and supporting ongoing growth at the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high‑performing CT team in a busy hospital environment
  • Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and radiation governance
  • Ensure efficient utilisation of three advanced CT scanners, supporting high‑volume and complex workflows
  • Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management
  • Drive a positive team culture aligned with Lumus Imaging values
  • Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and referrers to support excellent service delivery

About You

  • Qualified Medical Imaging Technologist with strong CT experience
  • Proven leadership experience, or a senior CT technologist ready to step into management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to clinical excellence, patient‑centred care, and continuous improvement
  • Experience in a hospital or high‑volume CT environment will be highly regarded
