About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Deptuy CT Supervisor to assist in leading and supporting our CT team at a busy hospital site Knox Private Hospital – Lumus Imaging.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a high-pressure environment while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a busy hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support, mentor, and coordinate staff across shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day CT operations and workflow
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to CT staff
  • Ensure adherence to protocols, safety standards, and best practice
  • Liaise with radiologists, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
  • Assist with staff training, performance support, and rostering as required
