Lumus Imaging is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead and inspire our team at our Wetherill Park site. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive clinical excellence, foster a supportive team culture, and make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.
About the Role
As the Imaging Manager, you’ll combine your technical expertise with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wetherill Park site. You’ll guide a team of technical and clerical staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging services while cultivating a collaborative and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and high-quality imaging services across modalities.

Manage the operational efficiency of the site, including rosters, workflow, and staffing.

Ensure compliance with clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Mentor and support staff, driving performance, professional development, and positive team culture.

Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling, stock control, billing, and reporting.
About You
-
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging Technology (or equivalent).

Current AHPRA registration.

IV cannulation certification (or willingness to obtain).

Minimum 6 years’ post-graduate radiography experience.

Demonstrated leadership experience within a clinical environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Solid technical knowledge and proficiency in RIS/PACS systems and Medicare billing practices.
